Meet the team
At Williams and Crosby we like to keep it simple; we listen to what you want, we look at your market and competitors, we create innovative solutions that really work and give you an edge in a competitive market.
Ed Williams started the business as 23 year old, young naive BA Honours graduate of marketing and design with a box of magic markers and a fold away table and chair.
Since offering creative solutions to cave dwellers without the use of computers, websites or email, his expertise has been sought by clients from a broad range of SME’s to National and International leaders of brands both in the UK, Europe and the US.
Whilst being fully immersed in his passion, managing the business, clients, staff, and new business creation including a restaurant and bar, interior design and furniture showroom, property development, commercial letting, online leisure marketing and technology service provider, he spends most of his spare time being older than the rest of the team, telling dad jokes, not taking holidays and being a busy man!
Tip: When asking Ed about holidays he replies “they’re called weekends and Bank holidays”
Cruelly extracted from his seaside cave in the North East, Phil was adopted by Williams&Crosby for his exceptional ability to stay within the lines when colouring in (not his degree in Information Design).
Since joining W&C in 2002, Phil has radically improved from a mediocre graphic designer to, what one client has described as, 'a bit better than mediocre'. Phil utilises his crayons most effectively to design logos, brochures and other print stuff. He has an interest in guitars that borders on dangerous obsession.
He has a very understanding wife and a little girl/guitar prodigy.
Tip: When asking Phil anything about guitars, take a seat!
Senior Web Designer
Anne has been designing for 16 years, 10 of them having been at the pleasure of Williams&Crosby. Whilst having come from a print design background with an HND in Graphic Design she now predominantly manages, architects, designs and builds client websites alongside a team of web developers. Whilst enjoying the technical challenges that web design brings with it she continues to enjoy the design aspects too and aims to produce websites that are functional, user-friendly and aesthetic.
In her spare time she enjoys running (the sporting type and that of chasing her 18 month old son), spending time with her handsome husband and sharing a bottle or two of wine with friends.
Senior Web Developer
He has also worked on SEO, SMM, Database and Web Application Development; constantly keeping eye on iPhone Apps Development and Responsive Design. He came to UK in 2002 from Bangladesh and graduated with a BSc in Software Development with Multimedia in 2007.
Koll loves being around with family and friends, and listening to old & contemporary music.
Keron joined Williams&Crosby in November 2011 and came from a New Build Property background in sales and office management. She oversees the day-to-day running of the office whilst acting as administrative support to all members of staff.
She spends the majority of her spare time on the treadmill or in one of the local coffee shops catching up with friends.
Web Content Manager
Paul has been working at Williams&Crosby for just over a year and splits his time between building e-newsletters and writing SEO and Social Media articles. He has been working in the industry for over 10 years after graduating from a BSc in Electronic Imaging in 2000.
His hobbies include watching 1970s sci-fi, playing guitar and collecting memorabilia from the 1939 New York World's Fair.
