the brief:

Elevate a payroll and accountancy services company that had very little market visibility, provide stand-out positioning in a conservative market where most competitors use generic messaging and are information lead not marketing lead.

the answer:

Create a teaser campaign to announce a total rebrand of the company with a new brand character, unique font set and impactful colour palette that positioned the company as an authority in the sector. Create a new, dynamic marketing framework utilising a series of 'PS' phrases that relate to PayStream, e.g. PerfectSolution, ProblemSolved and PricedSensibly underpinned by the new company positioning statement; 'PayStream makes PerfectSense' and reinforce the corporate brand by signing off each communication with 'PS. We're always working harder for you.' The resulting effect is a friendly, approachable company image that is focused on service and the individual rather than that of a corporate, grey faced accountancy service company.
