Job Role: Graphic Designer / Front End Developer – HTML CSS

Term: Permanent / Contractor

Salary: £20,000 to £28,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

The Role

Combining creativity with technical expertise, the Graphic Designer / Front End Developer will be a key member of a small but highly skilled, creative team, building new websites and improving existing. You will be working alongside other designers, contribute to the creative process, but will also create the CSS and HTML to pass to developer colleagues.

As Graphic Designer / Front End Developer you will be provided with all the tools you require to grow and expand your skills as well as help grow the company and its products.

You will be creatively trained, have a passion for design and want to influence the outcomes not just be a Mac monkey technician

The Person

The successful Front End Developer will ideally have the following skills:

  • Design skills
  • DHTML, XHTML, HTML, CSS, PHP or ASP
  • Responsive frameworks
  • DNS, domain and email set-up management and experience
  • Web trends and Google Analytics
  • A genuine interest in all things related to web design

Knowledge of Umbraco, WordPress, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Server Setup & Management, Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, Dreamweaver ), Social Media and SEO would be very useful but is not essential

Job Role: Administrator / Web content manager 

Term: Permanent

Salary: £17,000 to £20,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

The Role

Combining general secretarial, administrational and support duties with website content updates. This is a key role within our a small creative team and will require you will be working alongside other team member.

You will be highly organised, computer literate, good communicator, a finisher and enjoy supporting others

The Person

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills:

  • Highly organised
  • Computer literate
  • Good English and numeracy skills
  • Good communicator
  • Able to use own initiative and work as a team player
  • Quick learner

Knowledge of Streamtime, an interest in SEO and Social Media would be very useful but is not essential
