Another Successful Year for The Northern Tech Awards
Continuing our relationship with longstanding client GP Bullhound, we were once again on hand to assist with the design and print elements to help ensure that the Northern Tech Awards 2017 went off without a hitch. As with any event, there is a huge amount of organisation required and things never go without a hitch, but we pulled it off!
About the NTAs
This is the 4th year in a row that GP Bullhound has hosted the Awards, this year taking the ceremony to Newcastle, a city that boasts a strong technological business community. The event celebrates the innovations, technology and business developments made in the region, recognising the fastest growing tech companies in the North and showcasing early stage companies set to achieve big things in the future.
The event is a fantastic networking opportunity, attended by CEOs, entrepreneurs and business leaders from across the region. The event is free, run as a not-for-profit financed by GP Bullhound and a small group of sponsors who want to support entrepreneurship across the North.
Where we come in
At W&C we are involved in designing and managing the NTA website throughout the year, as well as designing and printing the supporting materials for the ceremony. These include… a brochure, flyer design, email graphics, certificates, menu cards, roller banners, a photoboard, PowerPoint presentation and web banner to name but a few!
Where’s the challenge, I hear you cry!
It’s all just a straightforward design and print job, surely? Well, deadlines are all well and good, but all to often they often go flying by and much of this project went down to the wire! But at W&C we like a challenge and we won’t be thwarted by print delays or last minute amends and additional print requests. Whether it’s arranging same day printing and delivery, or hauling it all into the boot of our car and driving it to the customer ourselves, we always deliver!
If you have a project or upcoming event that you think we could help with, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
