They are part of the Saint-Gobain group, a global presence employing 200,000 people.
They approached us to help make their annual sales and marketing conference more interesting. The theme was "Better Together" to help show how the sales team and the marketing team were more effective when working together. We had already designed branding based on a jigsaw puzzle and we used this as the basis for a task at the event.
Each delegate's name badge was also a jigsaw puzzle piece, and the team members soon realized what the task involved. The sales team put their half together, as did the marketing team, only to find sales had a marketing piece and vice versa. The only way to complete the puzzle was for both departments to work together as a team. Each delegate was also given a branded t-shirt to indicate which team they were in for other activities. A series of infographic posters and a booklet were also designed to help the management team show what the next year's aims were.
